This example shows how to find 'Boardroom', however, ALL Carey resource calendars can be used this way for bookings.


Step 1

After creating a new calendar event:

  • Click 'Rooms' (next to 'Guests')
  • Type 'Boardroom'
  • Confirm Selection
  • Save Event


Step 2

If the Boardroom is already booked during your chosen time slot, it will not be selectable, however, it can still be can viewed by choosing  'Include unavailable rooms':
