If you are unable to print anything in Colour, please do the following.
Open a Word document and Print as normal.
When the dialog box comes up, change the dropdown from Copies & Pages to Printer Features.
Scroll down until you see Select Color. If it says Gray Scale, select the top one and choose Auto Colour.
Another window will pop up warning that there is a conflict. Click Continue and then click Print as you normally would.
This will be saved as the default settings for all applications and you shouldn't have to change it again.
